Who is this person?
According to wikipedia, Shintarou Ishihara (石原 慎太郎) is a Japanese author, politician and the governor of Tokyo since 1999.
A politician, of course. Who but a politician could cause such a ruckus without even trying?
What did he do?
It is known to the general populace in Tokyo and Japan this man has done good things for the citizens and has been trying to do what he thought was more appropriate in each context. I
